Under Article 9? and the second paragraph of article 10% of Law N? 18,045 of
Securities Market and in the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, and being duly empowered to that effect, I hereby inform
the following essential fact regarding Granadilla Country Club S.A. (the “Company”):
On November 21, 2022, the Commission for the Financial Market registered in the
Securities Registry, under number 1123, the issuance of 63,050 shares, all of the same and unique
series, nominative and without nominal value, corresponding to the capital increase in the sum of
$2,522,000,000, approved at the Company’s extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on February 14
2022.
The placement of the aforementioned shares will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law N*
18,046 of Corporations and in the terms agreed at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
aforementioned, which will be informed, in due course, to shareholders and the market in general.
