From our consideration:
Due to the stabilization of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, in the year 2022 all our
Dependencies could be fully operational with the care and monitoring of the standards
still in force on “COVID-19 Management and Prevention Protocol in casinos and establishments
of play and entertainment”, this allowed us to maintain all our dependencies in total
Operation and facilities in an appropriate manner for our customers.
In 2021, the new Bidding process for Gaming Casinos began, this Society
I present all the requirements requested for this process which was satisfactory.
On August 23, 2022, an extract of resolution N*600 of date is published in the Official Gazette
August 12, 2022, where the renewal of the gaming casino operating permit is granted
in the commune of Copiapó to the Sociedad Gran Casino de Copiapó S.A. with a validity of 15 years
counting from the month of August 2023, when the current license ends.
