In my capacity as General Manager of Global Soluciones Financieras S.A.
(the “Company”), registered under No. 1.191 in the Commission’s Securities Register
for the Financial Market (“CMF”), and duly authorized, in accordance with
the provisions of Article 9* and paragraph 2* of Article 10* of Law No. 18,045,
of the Securities Market, and in General Rule No. 30 of the CMF,
I communicate to you as an essential fact, the following information concerning
the Society:
In order to obtain greater flexibility in the fulfillment of the indices
financial institutions regulated in the Bond Issue Agreement referred to in our
communication of essential fact dated January 3, the Company has
hired the financial advice of LarraínVial Servicios Profesionales Limitada
to contact holders of Series A Bonds and evaluate possible agreements
of exemption or non-permanent modifications to the Issuance Agreement.
