NO 275 of 19 January 2010, issued by the Commission for the Financial Market,
duly empowered for this purpose and on behalf of Gestión Global Auditores SpA, today
Gestión Global Auditores Limitada, RUT N* 77.261.691-0 (the “Company”), I inform in character
in fact relevant that Gestión Global Consultores SpA has withdrawn as a shareholder of the
Company and Mrs. Rosa Alejandra Risso Aballay has entered as a new shareholder.
Subsequently, the Company was transformed into a limited liability company.
under the new corporate name “Gestión Global Auditores Limitada”, remaining as Sole Partners
of the Juan Carlos Ruz Aedo Society (with 99% of social rights) and Alejandra Risso
Aballay (with 1% of social rights).
