By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform you as an essential fact FONDO DE INVERSIÓN ACTIVA DEUDA AUTOMOTRIZ GLOBAL II, that in a meeting of the board of directors of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on May 24, 2023, it was agreed to distribute a capital decrease amounting to $820,000,000, corresponding to Series A in the amount of $528,890,168, Series D in the amount of $70,256,280 and Series H contributors $220,853,552.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease will be paid as of May 30, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte No. 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
