From our consideration:
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on April 21, 2023,
agreed to distribute a provisional dividend in the total amount of $354,530,763,
corresponding $135,749,732 to series A of the fund, $98,629,280 to series C of the fund.
fund, $25,114,876 to the fund’s series D and $95,036,875 to the fund’s series H, with
charge to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash as of the 27th of
April 2023, by deposit or electronic transfer to the account that the
respective contributor has in Larraín Vial or that indicates, to the Contributors that
are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment,
in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
