At the Company’s Board of Directors’ meeting, held on March 15, 2023
It was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend for the total amount of Ch$332,130,685,
corresponding $104,491,449 to series A of the fund, $136,580,778 to series C of the fund.
fund, $19,332,333 to the fund’s series D and $71,726,125 to the fund’s series H, charged
to the Fund’s fiscal year 2023 earnings.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash as of the 21st of
March 2023, by deposit or electronic transfer to the account that the
respective contributor has in Larraín Vial or that indicates, to the Contributors that
are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment,
in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
