From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph
of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 10% of Article
18 of Law N”20,712, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Automotive Debt Global Il (the Fund) the following:
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on October 19, 2022, it was agreed
distribute a provisional dividend in the total amount of Ch$256,184,513,
corresponding $144,416,697 to series A of the fund, $46,575,660 to series C of the fund,
$29,937,937 to the fund’s series D and $35,254,219 to the fund’s series H, charged to the
the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash as of the 25th day of
October 2022, by deposit or electronic transfer in the account that the
respective contributor has in Larraín Vial or that indicates, to the Contributors that
are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment,
in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
