From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Automotive Debt Global Il (the Fund) the following:
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on August 16, 2022, it was agreed
distribute a provisional dividend in the total amount of $237,180,170,
corresponding $120,452,226 to series A of the fund, $97,839,259 to series C of the fund
and $18,888,685 to the fund’s series D, charged to the 2022 earnings of the
Background.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash as of August 22
of 2022, by deposit or electronic transfer in the account that the respective
contributor has in Larraín Vial or that indicates, to the Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, on a pro rata basis
of the number of quotas held by them at that date.
