From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No. 18.045
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Inversión Activa Deuda Automotriz Global Il, (the “Fund”), managed by Larraín Vial Activos
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), which the board of directors of the
Administrator agreed on April 22, 2022 to summon the ordinary assembly of contributors of the
Fund, to be held on May 9, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. through technological means of
conformity with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and Circular No. 1.141
of the Commission for the Financial Market.
The matters to be dealt with in said ordinary meeting of contributors to the Fund will be the following:
il. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund, and the related financial statements;
thee. To designate, from a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the undertakings of
external audit of those registered in the register kept for this purpose by the CMF, so that
opinion on the Fund;
TII. To elect the members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee;
iv. Approve the budget of income and expenses of the Administrator and the Supervisory Committee;
v. Appoint the independent expert or valuers required to value the
investments of the Fund; and
vi. In general, any matter of common interest of the Fund’s contributors other than
typical of an extraordinary assembly of contributors.

ASSETS
They will have the right to participate in the ordinary assembly of contributors the holders of quotas that are
are registered in the Fund’s register of contributors at midnight on the fifth working day
prior to the date of its celebration.
The classification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the celebration of the
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, at the start time of the same.
