From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Global Automotive Debt I! (the Fund) the following:
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on April 20, 2022, it was agreed
distribute a provisional dividend in the total amount of $260,563,647,
corresponding to $136,734,829 to series A of the fund and $123,828,818 to series C of the fund
fund, charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash as of May 2
of 2022, by deposit or electronic transfer in the account that the respective
contributor has in Larraín Vial or that indicates, to the Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, on a pro rata basis
of the number of quotas held by them at that date.
