From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N*30, being duly empowered as manager

Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Automotive Debt Global Il (the Fund) the following:
At the Company’s board meeting, held on April 13, 2022, it was agreed
Make a capital decrease for the total amount of $598,848,339
corresponding in its entirety to the series A of the fund, to those contributors who
are registered as such in the Register of Fund Contributors on the fifth working day
prior to the date from which the aforementioned reduction will be paid.
Likewise, it was agreed that the decrease will be paid in cash as of the 21st of
April 2022, by deposit or electronic transfer in the account that the
respective contributor has in Larraín Vial or indicate.
