publicó el día de hoy en el AIM del
Mercado Bursátil de Londres.

En virtud de lo establecido en la Norma de Carácter General
N*352, por medio de la presente adjunto información considerada como relevante para
la empresa, que ha sido entregada el día de hoy, en el Alternative Investment Market
(“AlM”), mercado secundario del London Stock Exchange, en donde mediante un
comunicado de prensa se informa la culminación del registro de las acciones de la
Compañía en la NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) el día de ayer; por lo tanto, las
acciones de GeoPark se transan actualmente sobre una base incondicional en la NYSE
y, consecuentemente, la aceptación de las acciones para su transacción en el AIM será
cancelada a partir de las 7.00 AM del 19 de febrero de 2014. El último día de
transacción en el AIM será el 18 de febrero de 2014.

NYSE Initial Public Offering
and
Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
GeoPark is pleased to announce the completion yesterday of its NYSE listing. GeoPark Shares are
now therefore trading on an unconditional basis on the NYSE and consequently admission of the
Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 19 February 2014 and the last
trading day on AIM will be 18 February 2014. Up to and until this date the Shares will continue to be
traded on AlM.
Further information on the AIM Cancellation, the termination of the depositary interest register, how to
trade on the NYSE and the adoption of the New Bye-Laws upon the AIM Cancellation becoming
effective is set out in the announcement by the Company of 21 January 2014 and on the Company’s

GeoPark se complace en anunciar la culminación de su registro en la NYSE el día de ayer; por lo
tanto, las acciones de GeoPark se transan actualmente sobre una base incondicional en la NYSE y,
por lo tanto, la aceptación de las acciones para su transacción en el AIM será cancelada a partir de
las 7.00 AM del 19 de febrero de 2014 y el último día de transacción en el AIM será el 18 de febrero
de 2014. Hasta esa fecha las acciones continuarán transándose en el AIM.
