Ref. Communicates Essential Fact indicating FYNSA Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20.712, we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT, that the board of directors of FYNSA
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the same date, and in accordance with the provisions
in Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 and Article 71 of its Regulations, it agreed to designate as
director replacing Mr. Vlamir Domic Cárdenas, who will serve in that position until the
holding of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Administrator, date on which
It will renew the entire Board of Directors.
