Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20.712, we inform you as an ESSENTIAL FACT, that with this date, the directory
of FYNSA Administradora General de Fondos S.A., in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the
Law N* 18.046 and in Article 71 of its Regulations, agreed to appoint as replacement director the
Mr. Álvaro López Carreño, who will serve in that position until the celebration of the next
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Administrator, date on which the entire meeting of the
directory.
