By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT
that, with this date, the board of directors of FYNSA Administradora General de Fondos S.A. took
He knew and accepted the resignation presented, also on this same date, by Mr.
Felipe Novoa Zegers as director. Also, the board agreed, for now, not
appoint a replacement.
