Ref.: Distribution of provisional dividends of Frontal Trust
Xepelin Debt Mexico Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Xepelin Deuda México Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held this
date, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for the Fund’s Series F, P, and PI, charged to
net profits for the year 2023. The provisional dividends agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– Dividend Series F (CFI-FTXDFE): US$ 133,568.82.-;
– – Dividend for Series F quota: US$ 0.026713768.-;
– – Dividend Series P (CFI-FTXDPE): US$ 224,481.78.-;
– – Dividend for Series P quota: US$ 0.246866151.-;
– Pl Series Dividend (CFI-FTXDIE): US$ 200,159.04.-;
– Dividend for quota Series Pl: US$ 0.255628961.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
Current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of January 19, 2023, according to
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. Also, provisional dividends before
In accordance with Article 34* of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund,
be paid in whole or in part in installments paid from the same Fund, as indicated in said provision.
All contributors of Series F, P and Pl registered in the Register of
Fund contributors at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which the
Payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
