By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Xepelin Deuda México Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:

On July 4, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for Series F, P and Pl of the
Fund, charged to net profits for the year 2022, in progress. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed

– Dividend for Series F quota: US$ 0.031260400.-;
– Dividend Series P: USS 259,823.-;
– Dividend for Series P quota: US$ 0.288678109.-;
– Pl Series Dividend: USS 234.143.-;
– Pl Series quota dividend: US$ 0.299030914.-

These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by the Contributors, as of July 14, 2022, according to
