Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section 1 of General Standard No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust U.S. Residential Credit
Opportunity | Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I hereby notify you as a matter of fact that

At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held this
The Company agreed to distribute interim dividends out of net income for the year 2023,
in progress. The agreed interim dividends to be distributed will have the following characteristics:
– Single series dividend (CFIFTRCO-E): US$ 953,000.00;
– Dividend per single series installment: US$ 0.054918477.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
accounts previously informed by the contributors, as from May 17, 2023, according to
