By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust U.S. Residential Credit
Opportunity | Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact

At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held this
On that date, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for the Fund’s Single Series, charged to the
Net profits for the year 2022, ongoing. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– – Single series dividend (CFI-FTRCOE): USD $ 977,000.-;
– – Dividend for single series quota: USD $ 0.056301524.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
