Ref: Distribution of interim dividends of Frontal Trust
U.S. Real Estate NNN Medical Mutual Fund.
From our consideration:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section II of General Standard No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust U.S. Real Estate NNN Medical
Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I hereby notify you as a material fact of the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
On May 11, 2023, a distribution of interim dividends for Series A, B and C of the Fund was agreed,
from net income for the current year 2023. Interim dividends agreed to be distributed
will have the following characteristics:
– Series A Dividend (CFI-FTNNAE): US$ 24,790.72;
– Dividend per Series A share: US$ 0.070559865;
– Series B Dividend (CFI-FTNNBE): US$ 19,278.55;
– Dividend per Series B share: US$ 0.078137818.-;
– Series C Dividend (CFI-FTNNCE): US$ 20,930.73;
– Dividend per Series C share: US$ 0.084275771.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously informed by the contributors, as from May 18, 2023, according to
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A, B and C contributors registered in the Fund’s Register of Contributors as of midnight on the fifth day of the year.
