Ref: Distribution of interim dividends of Frontal Trust
U.S. Real Estate NNN Medical Mutual Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N? 20.712,
Articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust U.S. Real Estate NNN Medical
Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
January 20, 2023, a distribution of interim dividends for Series A, B and C of the Fund was agreed,
from net income for the current year 2023. Interim dividends agreed to be distributed
will have the following characteristics:
– – Series A DIVIDEND (CFI-FTNNAE): US$ 77,520,380.-;
– Dividend for Series A quota: US$ 0.220640172.-;
– Series B DIVIDEND (CFI-FTNNBE): US$ 54,481,440.-;
– – Series B quota dividend: US$ 0.220818482.-;
– – Series C (CFI-FTNNCE) Dividend: US$ 43,998,180.-;
– – Series C quota dividend: US$ 0.220923196.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
Current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of January 30, 2023, according to
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A, B and C contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
