Ref: Decrease in capital of Frontal Trust Surmonte Il
Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Surmonte Il Fondo de Inversión”
(hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
October 7, 2022, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed that will have the following
characteristics:
– – Decrease Series A: $ 951,575,702.-;
– – Decrease Series B: $ 3,659,908.-;
– – Decrease in individual value per fee (Series A and Series B): $ 3,659.906544061.-.
This capital reduction will be paid by deposit or electronic transfer in the
current accounts previously informed by contributors, as of October 17, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A and B contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
