By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law N* 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section II of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Financiación Estructura”
EXXACON Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact
The following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
March 31, 2023, a distribution of interim dividends against net profits was agreed
of the year 2023, in progress. The provisional dividends agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– – Single series dividend (CFIFTFEX-E): $ 297,521,911.-;
– – Dividend for single series quota: $ 746.428473585.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
Current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of April 13, 2023, according to
