Trust Structured Finance Exxacon Fund
of Investment.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Financiación Estructura”
Exxacon Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the
next:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
July 4, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for the Fund’s single series, with
Charge to the net profits of the year 2022, in progress. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have the

– Single series dividend: $ 150,000,000.-;
– Dividend for single series quota: $ 436.076935600.-
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by the Contributors, as of July 12, 2022, according to

the registration of contributors to the Fund at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the due date
