Ref.: Reports as an essential fact capital increase
by Frontal Trust Real Estate USA | Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as Deputy General Manager of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Real Estate USA | Fund of
Investment” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
That, at the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors dated November 2, 2022 (in
hereinafter, the “Assembly”), a capital increase of the Fund was agreed upon through the issuance of 9,004,805
new Series A Installments, and 1,339,336 new Series E Installments, at a value of USD $0.5027, which may be
placed, subscribed and paid in the terms agreed by the Assembly. To this end, in accordance with
section One. of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, the quotas shall be offered to the contributors of the
Fund for its preferential subscription, in proportion to its quotas and for the term agreed by the aforementioned
Assembly.
