Ref.: Informs as an essential fact the celebration of the Extraordinary Assembly
of Contributors of Frontal Trust Real Estate USA | Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as General Manager (S) of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Real Estate USA | Fund of

Investment” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
On June 17, 2022, an Extraordinary Assembly of
Contributors of the Fund, in which it was agreed, among others, to approve financing to the company in which
the Fund invests its assets in the U.S.
