Ref.: Distribution of definitive dividends of Frontal
Trust Mixed Private Debt Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Deuda Privada Mixta Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
On May 3, 2023, this Administrator communicated as an essential fact that,
On April 28, 2023 at 11:34 a.m., the Ordinary Assembly was held electronically
of Contributors (hereinafter, the “Assembly”) of Frontal Trust Deuda Privada Mixta Fondo de Inversión, in the
that it was agreed, among others, unanimously by the contributors present to give definitive character to the
provisional dividends distributed by the Administrator during the year 2022, corresponding to the
sum of MS 337,000.- and distribute final dividends charged to the year 2022 for the sum of MS
584,850.- and charged to previous years in the amount of M$ 59,417.-
According to the above, it was reported that the final dividends that would be paid would be for the
sum of $314,119,202.- for Series A (CFIFTDMA-E), and $330,147,372.- for Series | (CFIFTDMI-E).
It was also noted that the date of payment of those final dividends would be determined by the
Administrator, within the period stipulated in Article 41″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
Then, in the Board of Directors of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held
on May 4, 2023 it was agreed that the final dividends agreed by the Assembly before

– – Series A DIVIDEND (CFIFTDMA-E): $ 314,119,203.-
– Dividend for Series A QUOTA (CFIFTDMA-E): $ 556.546331732.-
– – Series Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $ 330,147,372.-
– – Series Quota Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $ 334,056163165.-.

It was also agreed that these final dividends will be paid by deposit or
electronic transfer in the current accounts previously informed by the contributors, to
as of May 11, 2023, as agreed by the Board of Directors of the company
Administrator. All contributors registered in the Register of
Fund contributors at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the due date
make the payment, in proportion to the number of installments held by them at that date.
