From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law N* 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N? 18.045, and Section Il of General Standard N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Deuda Privada Mixta Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:

The Company agreed to distribute interim dividends out of net income for the year 2023,
in progress. The agreed interim dividends to be distributed will have the following characteristics:
– – Series A DIVIDEND (CFIFTDMA-E): $ 62,000,002.-
– Dividend for Series A QUOTA (CFIFTDMA-E): $ 109.849612337.-
– – Series Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $ 138,000,001.-
– – Series Quota Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $ 139,633855746.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
