Present
Ref.: Distribution of definitive dividends of Frontal
Trust Mixed Private Debt Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law N* 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Deuda Privada Mixta Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
On April 28, 2023 at 11:34 a.m., the Assembly was held electronically
Ordinary Contributors (hereinafter the “Assembly”) of Frontal Trust Mixed Private Debt Fund
Investment, in which it was agreed, among others, unanimously of the contributors present to give character of
definitive to the provisional dividends distributed by the Administrator during the year 2022,
corresponding to the sum of M$ 337,000.- and distribute definitive dividends charged to the year 2022
for the amount of M$ 584,850.- and charged to previous years for the sum of MS 59,417.-
In accordance with the above, the final dividends to be paid will have the following
characteristics:
– Series A DIVIDEND (CFIFTDMA-E): $314,119,202.-
– – Series Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $330,147,372.-
The date of payment of such final dividends shall be determined by the Administrator, within
of the period stipulated in Article 41″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
