Ref.: Distribution of provisional dividends of Frontal
Trust Mixed Private Debt Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Deuda Privada Mixta Fondo de
Investment” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
August 26, 2022, A Provisional Dividend Distribution Agreed for Series A e | of the Fund,
charged to ongoing 2022 net profits. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have
The following features:
– – Dividend Series A (CFIFTDMA-E): $ 40,000,001.-;
– – Series A quota dividend: $ 82.075189081.-
– – Series Dividend | (CFIFTDMI-E): $ 130,000,000.-;
– – Dividend by Series quota |: $ 118,31161339.-
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of September 5, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A and contributors | registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
