Ref.: Distribution of provisional dividends and reduction of capital of
Frontal Trust Housing Mortgage Finance Fund
Investment.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N? 18.045, and Section Il of General Standard N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Financiamiento Hipotecario”
Habitacional Fondo de Inversión” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact
The following:
In Board Session of Frontal Trust Administradora General de FondosS.A. held with date
March 24, 2023, a distribution of interim dividends against net profits was agreed
of the year 2023, in progress. The provisional dividends agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– Single series dividend (CFIFTMHE-E): $ 233,600,000.-;
– – Dividend for single series quota: $ 93,740419296.-
Likewise, at the aforementioned Board Meeting, it was agreed to reduce the Fund’s capital.
which will have the following characteristics:
– Decrease of single series capital (CFIFTMHE-E): $ 120,500,000.-;
– Capital decrease by single series fee: $ 48.354968001.-
Such provisional dividends and capital reduction shall be paid by deposit or
electronic transfer in the current accounts previously informed by the contributors, from the
April 4, 2023, as agreed by the Board of Directors of the management company. They will have the right
to be collected by all contributors registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund at midnight of the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
