By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Financiamiento Hipotecario”
Habitacional Fondo de Inversión” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact
The following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
January 11, 2023, a distribution of interim dividends against net profits was agreed
of the year 2023, in progress. The provisional dividends agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– – Single series dividend (CFIFTMHE-E): $ 258,544,649.-;
– – Dividend for single series quota: $ 103.750358750.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
Current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of January 18, 2023, according to
