From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust Financiamiento Hipotecario”
Habitacional Fondo de Inversión” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact
The following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
On November 18, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for the single series of
Fund, charged to net profits for the year 2022, in progress. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed
It will have the following characteristics:
– – Single Series Dividend (CFIFTMHE-E): $ 184,000,000.00.-;
– – Dividend for single series quota: $ 73.836631637.-
Likewise, at the aforementioned Session it was agreed to reduce the capital of the Fund, which will have the
Following features:
– Single Series Decrease (CFIFTMHE-E): $ 56,000,000.00.-;
– Decrease of the individual value by installment: $ 22,472018324.-
Such provisional dividends and reduction of capital shall be paid by deposit or
electronic transfer in the current accounts previously informed by the contributors, from the
November 28, 2022, as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. Have
right to collect it all contributors registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund at midnight
on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due, in proportion to the number of instalments of
that are holders on that date.
