Hipotecario Habitacional Investment Fund.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, and as agreed at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of
Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Financiamiento
Hipotecario Habitacional Fondo de Inversión” (hereinafter the “Fund”), held on May 27, 27
2022, we communicate to you as a matter of fact the following:
At the aforementioned Session, it was agreed to reduce the capital of the Fund, which will have the following
characteristics:
– Single Series Decrease: $ 2,300,000,000
– – Decrease of the individual value by installment: $ 922,95789546.-
This capital reduction will be paid by deposit or electronic transfer in the
Current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of June 6, 2022, according to
