From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Desarrollo Inmobiliario Industrial
Spain Investment Fund” (hereinafter, also, the “Fund”), I communicate to you in fact
The following is essential:
On December 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., a
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors (hereinafter, the “Assembly”) of the Fund, in which it was agreed, between
other matters, amend the Rules of Procedure as follows:
Amendment to Article 25 of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, on the characteristics
individuals of the Series.
b. Amendment to Article 26* of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure on fixed remuneration
monthly.
d. Amendment to Article 40″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure concerning
Promise of subscription of quotas.
e. Amendment to Article 55″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure concerning the Supervisory Committee.
