From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Desarrollo Inmobiliario Industrial
Spain Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the
next:
That on April 8, 2022, the acquisition by the Spanish company materialized
FT-Gibalbin Airbus S.L.U., a company in which the Fund invests part of its assets, of a
land of an approximate area of 130,000 m2, in the town of Albacete, Spain.
The acquisition of said asset is intended to carry out a development project and
industrial rent, in particular, a logistics hub for the company Airbus Helicopters, in accordance with the
indicated in Article 8″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure as its object of investment.
