Rules of Procedure of the Fund as follows:
to. Amendment to Article 8″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, on investment policy and
diversification of the Fund’s resources.
b. Amendment to article 24″. ONE of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, on the characteristics

c. Amendment to Article 24″. TWO of the Rules of Procedure, on the exchange of quotas.
d. Amendment to Article 58″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure concerning the Supervisory Committee.
