Contributors of Frontal Trust – Adjusted Performance with Liquidity Investment Fund.

By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust – Cordada Rendimiento Con
Liquidity Investment Fund” (hereinafter, also, the “Fund”), I communicate to you in fact

With this date, September 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., it was held by electronic means
an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors (hereinafter, the “Assembly”) of Frontal Trust – Cordada
Yield with Liquidity Investment Fund, in which it was agreed, among others:
to. To approve an amendment to Article 24.” One of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, on the
particular features of the Fund’s R-series;
b. To approve an amendment to Article 38 of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, on the
communication of requests for contributions;
Cc. To approve an amendment to Article 43″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, on the right to
Retraction of the redemption of quotas indicated in Articles 41, 41 bis, 42 and 42 bis.
