By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of “Frontal Trust – Cordada Rendimiento con
Liquidity Investment Fund” (hereinafter, also, the “Fund”), I communicate to you in fact

On May 12, 2022 at 12:00 noon, an Assembly was held electronically
Extraordinary Contributors (hereinafter the “Assembly”) of Frontal Trust – Agreed Performance with
Liquidity Investment Fund, in which it was agreed, among others:
Approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Fund;
b. To approve an amendment to Article 24.One of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, on the
particular characteristics of the P and Pl Series, and the quorum for their modification; and
Cc. To approve an amendment to Articles 41 to 43 of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, on the
