At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held this
date, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for Series A and B of the Fund, charged to the
Net profits for the year 2023, ongoing. The provisional dividends agreed to be distributed will have the
Following features:
– Series A Dividend (CFIFTF13-A): $ 1,279,761,070.-;
– – Series B Dividend (CFIFTF13-B): $ 1,080,405.-;
– Dividend for AyB Series quota: $1,080.408429747.-.
Likewise, at the aforementioned Session it was agreed to reduce the capital of the Fund, which will have the

– Decrease Series A (CFIFTF13-A): $ 266,616,892.-;
– Decrease Series B (CFIFTF13-B): $ 225,085.-;
– Decrease by Series A fee: $ 225.085089531.-.
Such interim dividends and capital reductions shall be paid by deposit or
electronic transfer in the current accounts previously informed by the contributors, from the
March 28, 2023, as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. Have
right to collect it for all Series A and B contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due, in proportion to
