By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Fundamenta Desarrollo
Real Estate XIll Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you in fact
The following is essential:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
December 16, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for Series A and B of the
Fund, charged to net profits for the year 2022, in progress. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed
It will have the following characteristics:
– – Dividend Series A: $ 1,471,526,758.-;
– – Series B Dividend: $ 1,242,302.-;
– – Dividend for Series A and B quota: $ 1,242.302136791.-.
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of December 27, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A and B contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
