From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Frontal Trust Fundamenta Desarrollo
Real Estate XIll Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), I communicate to you in fact
The following is essential:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
November 18, 2022, a capital decrease was agreed for Series A and B of the Fund, charged
to net profits for the year 2022, ongoing. The agreed capital reduction will have the following
characteristics:
– – Decrease Series A: $ 2,712,578,750.-;
– Decrease Series B: $ 2,290,029.-;
– Decrease by Series A and B fee: $ 2,290.031328131.-.
This capital reduction will be paid by deposit or electronic transfer in the
current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of November 29, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A and B contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
