By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule No. 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust

The following is essential:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
October 28, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends for Series A and B of the Fund was agreed,
charged to ongoing 2022 net profits. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have
The following features:
– – Series A Dividend: $ 1,039,535,598.-;
– – Series B Dividend: $ 877,604.-;
– – Dividend for Series A and B quota: $ 877.603676374.-
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by contributors, as of November 8, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Management Company. All employees shall be entitled to receive it.
Series A and B contributors registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
day preceding the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
