By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust

The following is essential:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
August 26, 2022, a distribution of interim dividends for Series A and B of the Fund was agreed,
charged to ongoing 2022 net profits. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have
The following features:
– – Series A Dividend: $ 864,038,541.-;
– – Series B Dividend: $ 729,445.-;
– – Series A and B quota dividend: $729.444381181.-
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously informed by the Contributors, as of September 5, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Company. All contributors to the
Series A and B registered in the Fund’s contributor register at midnight on the fifth business day preceding
the date on which payment is due, pro rata to the number of quotas held at that date.
