Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, Articles 9 and
10 second paragraph of Law N2 18.045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30 of
the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as General Manager of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), hereby
Come to communicate to you as an essential fact, the following:
That on this date, April 28, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Society and the following matters were unanimously agreed, among others:
1. Approve the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, the financial statements and the auditors’ report
external of the Company, corresponding to the year ended December 31,
2022.
2. To give definitive character to the provisional dividends charged to the year 2022, by the
sum of M$ 350,000.-, as well as distribute in addition to the dividends previously
indicated, the sum of MS 100,000 as definitive dividends.
3. Completely renew the Board of Directors of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the article
32″ of Law 18,046, being conformed, for the next three years, by the following
people:
