Ref.: Reports changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of
Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Trust
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), I communicate to you in fact.
The following is essential:
On March 31, 2023, at the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Rodrigo Valdés
Pulido submitted his resignation from his position as director of the Society, which became effective in that same
date. In view of the above, the President took note of the above-mentioned resignation, and thanked the
Mr. Rodrigo Valdés Pulido for his valuable contribution to the development and growth of Frontal Trust, as well as
as his loyal commitment during the years he was director of the Society.
Likewise, at that meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as provisional director of the Company
Mr. Alejandro Micco Aguayo. It was noted that, in view of the resignation and appointment referred to above,
must proceed to the total renewal of the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Company, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 “of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations.
