Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18.045, Articles 79 and 81 of Law No. 18.046 of the Circular
N2 660, and Section I! of General Rule No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, in
my capacity as General Manager of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the
“Company”), I communicate to you as a matter of fact the following:
At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held on the date
October 18, 2022, a distribution of provisional dividends was agreed to the shareholders of the
Company, charged to the net profits of the year 2022, in progress, for the amount of $ 350,000,000.-,
unit equivalent of $ 31.818,18182.-.
This provisional dividend will be paid by deposit or electronic transfer in the
current accounts previously instructed by shareholders, as of November 23, 2022,
as agreed by the Board of Directors of the Company. They shall be entitled to receive this dividend all
shareholder registered in the respective registry at midnight of the fifth business day preceding the date on which
payment must be made, in proportion to the number of shares held at that date. It is empowered
also, to the General Manager, to make the pertinent communications to the shareholders.
