By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as Deputy General Manager of

At the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. held this
On that date, a distribution of interim dividends was agreed for the Fund’s single series, charged to
Net profits for the year 2022, ongoing. The provisional dividend agreed to be distributed will have the following
characteristics:
– – Single Series Dividend: US$ 365,000.-
– – Dividend for quota Single series: US$ 0.021033834.-
These interim dividends will be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the following accounts
current accounts previously reported by the Contributors, as of July 11, 2022, according to
