Ref.: Communicates as an essential fact agreements of
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
By means of the hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2
20.712, Articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N2 18.045, and Section Il of the Character Norm
General N2 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as General Manager of
Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), I communicate to
You in essential fact the following:
On April 29, 2022, the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held
and the following matters were agreed, among others:
1. It was unanimously agreed to approve the notes on the accounts, the balance sheet, the financial statements and the
report of the Company’s external auditors for the year ended
as of December 31, 2021.
2. It was unanimously agreed to make the provisional dividends charged definitive
to fiscal year 2021 for the amount of M$ 300,000.-
3. In accordance with the provisions of Article 32″ of Law 18,046, the election of the
members of the Board of Directors of the Society for the next three years, being formed

4. The remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2022 was agreed.
5. It was unanimously agreed to appoint the company “PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultants”
Auditores SpA.”, as the Company’s external audit firm for the year 2022.
